This paper tries to explain the evolution of international system with the combination of history and practice, micro and detailed, and the development of the international system. The "international system evolution" as the research object, as the "Russian" as the research starting point, to clarify how Russia through communicative actions based on their country benefits in objectively promote the growth of the international system "as the research object.
