To deal with the social problems, the state should have a stable and orderly economic growth in Ankang. Corporate social responsibility as unalterable principles, and the growth of an enterprise has a close relationship. Now Vietnam has become a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the development of relevant judicial and policy to promote the implementation of corporate social responsibility for the north country and social development is quite important. This paper for Vietnam corporate social responsibility performance research, understand of corporate social responsibility concept, and to adopt all kinds of analysis methods, from Vietnam's economic growth in the process of exploration achievements on corporate social responsibility, compared the relevant corporate social responsibility case and theory study, and the stop analysis and put forward suggestions to solve the problem, from two aspects of morality and justice definition to anatomical within Vietnam enterprise society responsibility, for coordination of Vietnamese enterprises and social development with the policy and suggestion to the feasibility.
