Abstract:

In the present operation situation, the main characteristic of the supply chain is generally acknowledged, and the scholars have put forward the development of performance evaluation from the core of supply chain concept. But because of their complexity and lack of performance evaluation of the scale of the useful division, and lead to difficulties encountered in performance. Thailand's automotive sector Nianye sector is small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and therefore should be put forward to small and medium-sized enterprises as the focus of supply chain performance evaluation, comprehensive and easy to application of supply chain performance evaluation framework can be more useful and more appropriate characteristics of Thailand's automotive industry. How is the evaluation of the industry supply chain performance, evaluation content includes productivity, quality, human capital and information technology basic is the core performance. This paper puts forward a practical evaluation framework of supply chain performance in Thailand automotive industry. It is based on the performance evaluation of different scale performance evaluation research, such as the general performance evaluation, performance evaluation in the supply chain and small and medium enterprises performance evaluation. The evaluation framework of the objective is to evaluate directly from the supplier to the customer directly supply chain performance, he based on three different angles: belonging to the process (based on the supply chain operation reference model (SCOR), focused on the size of (the focus of Supply Chain Based on), and governance. The framework is applied to the business level of a small car company in Thailand. Estimates that it will enable people familiar with the concept of supply chain, and provided a preliminary performance evaluation steps and improving the process for the supply chain of the company and the industry.
