摘  要:泰国东北地区高校本土汉语教师汉语基本知识和技能、汉语交际能力、中华文化与跨文化交际、课堂教学组织和管理等方面存在不同程度的问题。主要原因有:本土汉语教师汉语基础不够扎实;留学中国经历欠缺;教学理论知识匮乏;汉语教学经验不足;备课不够充分。基于此,解决问题的主要方法有:中泰双方共同努力,加大资金投入力度;提高本土教师待遇,充实汉语师资力量;定期举办研究会,加强中泰教师交流;提供多样化培训,着力提高教学水平;充分发挥志愿者和公派教师的影响,弥补本土师资短板。This study investigates the current situation of local Chinese teachers in colleges and universities in northeast region of Thailand and found that local teachers had problems in the aspects of basic knowledge and skills of Chinese,communicative competence,Chinese culture and intercultural communication,classroom organization and management. The local Chinese teachers have the following problems:lack of basic knowledge;lack of the experience of studying in the target language country;lack of teaching methodologies;lack of teaching experience;inadequate preparation for lessons. Therefore,the following measures should be taken: both China and Thailand make joint efforts and increase the funding input;improve the treatment of local Chinese teachers and enhance the team of Chinese teachers;hold regular seminars and strengthen the exchange of Chinese and Thai teachers;provide diversified training and focus on improving the teaching level;give full play to the role of volunteers and professional teachers and make up the shortage of local Chinese teachers.
