The local Chinese teachers have the following problems：lack of basic knowledge;lack of the experience of studying in the target language country;lack of teaching methodologies;lack of teaching experience;inadequate preparation for lessons. Therefore,the following measures should be taken： both China and Thailand make joint efforts and increase the funding input;improve the treatment of local Chinese teachers and enhance the team of Chinese teachers;hold regular seminars and strengthen the exchange of Chinese and Thai teachers;provide diversified training and focus on improving the teaching level;give full play to the role of volunteers and professional teachers and make up the shortage of local Chinese teachers. ，泰语论文，泰语毕业论文 |
