摘  要:人才培养离不开社会需求,这要求学校人才培养必须适应社会需求不断提升办学层次,调整培养目标。目前的独立大学运用型日语人才的培养仍然存在师资、课程设置、实践教学等诸多的问题。要适应社会对日语人才的需求,必须建立以学生就业为导向的人才培养模式,加强教师队伍建设,合理课程设置,加强校际交流合作,创新教学措施,努力创新一条适合独立大学日语人才培养之路。Personnel cultivation is closely related to social demands,so colleges and universities are required to meet social demands for personnel majoring in Japanese,improve the operation quality and adjust the cultivation objectives. The current personnel cultivation of most colleges and universities have much to improve such as their faculty,curriculum system,practical education and so on. In order to adjust to social demands,they have to establish a cultivation mode based on the job market,enhance faculty construction, improve the curriculum system, develop the cooperation with the peers, innovate the teaching methods and ultimately find a suitable way for independent colleges to cultivate personnel majoring in Japanese.
