Spatial direction of movement is the prototype meaning of "へ". Noun prior to "へ" always represents the place unreached. "へ" means that the movement is on the way and yet to be completed. Time can be a metaphorical derivative of the space. Therefore, "へ" also indicates the direction of time during the movement of the subject. In addition, since the abstract distance between the subject and the object of an action shares similarity with the displacement that occurrs during the movement, there derives an extra use of "へ" which refers to the object of an action. 关 键 词: 分 类 号:H319.3[语言文字—英语] |
