As we know, positive transfer improves the L2 acquisition while negative transfer hinders the acquisition. So, the research on the negative transfer plays an important role in L2 ac-quisition. With the help of the first-hand teaching experience and the daily pragmatic mislakes of Chinese Japanese learn- ers, the author analyzed and discussed the factors of negative transfer under the intercultural perspective.
