摘  要:本文从"教"与"学"的两个层面,基于满足用人单位需要及促进学院生就业等角度,通过问卷调查等方式,了解以培养职教师资为目标的技术师范类院校二外日语教育的实际情况,掌握学生对二外日语的实际需要,并在此基础上,利用建构主义理论,构建满足社会需要,符合学生需求的第二外语教育模式。The article,from the two dimensions of " teaching" and "learning",based on the point of view of meeting the needs of employers and promoting college students' employment and through the questionnaire survey,learns the true condition about second foreign language Japanese teaching in teachers' colleges of technology that aims to cultivate teachers for vocational education,grasps the actual needs of students for second foreign language Japanese;on this basis,it constructs the education mode of second foreign language that meets the needs of society and students by using the theory of constructivism.
