摘要
随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的深入发展，世界各国的关税水平大幅度下降。作为传统的贸易保护壁垒，英语毕业论文，关税所起到的保护影响逐渐削弱。与此同时，各国为了维护其自身的经济利益，以各种名义实施新的贸易保护方法，因此，非关税壁垒应运而生。在全球经济化浪潮的冲击下，非关税壁垒趋势日益向复杂化、多变化、规范化方向发展，给各国经济特别是发展中国家经济带来严峻挑战，对此，本文略论了目前非关税壁垒发展趋势，并介绍了一些规避非关税壁垒的措施，英语论文，为提高我国公司在国际贸易中的市场竞争力作有益的启示。

Abstract
With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, tariff has dropped substantially in many countries around the world. As traditional trade protection barriers, protections of tariffs are gradually weakened. At the same time, in order to maintain their own economic interests, countries carry out all forms of protectionist measures. Therefore, non-tariff barriers come into being. Under the impact of the global economy, non-tariff barriers increasingly develop toward the direction of complexity, diversity, standardization, and pose severe challenges to all economies, especially to emerging economies. In view of this, it is essential to study the tendency of non-tariff barriers carefully, and find some effective ways to deal with non-tariff barriers.

1 Introduction
With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the kinds of tariff barriers gradually become fewer and fewer. At the same time, the position and function of some traditional non-tariff barriers such as quota and import license in trade protection have also increasingly declined. Therefore, traditional trade protectionism gradually dies out; instead non-tariff barrier measures such as environment standards, quality standards, technique standards, green trade barriers are becoming the mainstream of the new trade protectionism.
