Abstract
The American minister of justice once said that their jury system isn’t a perfect one and the reason why America still applies it is that they can’t find a more advanced legal system, which in fact means a more advanced system that can reflect the real human nature. 12 Angry Men outwardly shows us the justice of law, but in fact it shows us the waking up of real human nature from the burden of complicated society.
At the beginning of this essay, several theories of human nature are discussed. In the second part, based on the demand arrangement theory of Abraham H. Maslow, factors that result in unjust judgments and the human nature behind them are analyzed. At last, the goodness and honesty of human nature is uncovered from the aspects of sympathy and justice.

摘要
美国司法部长说过他们的陪审团制度并不完善，之所以还使用这一制度是因为他们当前找不到更好的法学制度。或者可以说是美国人找不到更好的能够体现真实完整的人性的制度了。《12怒汉》表面上表明的是法学的公正，实则是体现善良人性从复杂的社会污染掩盖下的复苏。
本文首先从中西方各种人性的善恶论出发，表明人是会被所在文化作用。正文中以马斯洛的需求理论为主，略论了作用案件判断的主要因素及其中所体现的被污染的人性。最后则从怜悯与正义这些美德一步步揭开掩盖在复杂社会下的人性的真善美。

1. Introduction
12 Angry Men is a 1957 American drama film adapted from a teleplay of the same name by Reginald Rose. Directed by Sidney Lumet，英语论文网站，the movie 12 angry men of 1957 is a courtroom drama with the jury as the protagonist. Though almost all the movie is filmed in one scene，the jury room, all kinds of the so-called human natures, which apparently have been influenced by social culture, are exposed, regardless of their ages, professions or social status.
