Abstract
Kung Fu Panda, a very popular movie across the world, mainly tells a story about a fat lovely panda and how he becomes a hero eventually. In this movie elements closely related to Chinese martial arts spirit are well represented. This paper begins with some specific points about martial arts spirit reflected in the movie. Then it analyses the same and different understandings of martial arts spirit between Chinese people and westerners. At last, it discusses the martial arts spirit through Taoism and Confucianism.

电影《功夫熊猫》一度风靡世界，影片主要讲述了可爱的胖熊猫“阿宝”如何最终成为解救众生的英雄的故事。影片中所呈现的中国传统武侠精神的相关元素无疑是其成功的关键推手之一。本文首先研讨了文中体现武侠精神的具体细节，英语论文网站，随后略论了中国和西方对武侠精神理解的差异，最后，从中国传统道家和儒家思想来略论这种认识差异产生的背后深层次的文化原因和其对主流意识形态的映照及体现。

1. Introduction
Recently, a popular movie called Kung Fu Panda has blown a boom of panda in the world, which combines two of the most fashionable words Kung Fu and Panda. What attracts people most is its humors of Chinese characteristics, well-executed production and dubbing by many top stars in Hollywood, including Jackie Chan, famous Chinese kung fu star. People in each corner of the world talk about this lovely fat panda Po, which raises the interest of the western people willing to know more about China and Chinese culture. Among which are those typical Chinese cultural elements implied in the movie contribute a lot, of which the Chinese martial art spirit is one of the most important and inseparable part in its success.
