Abstract

With the rapid development of economic globalization, there are close ties between China and America in business area, especially after China’s entry WTO. The business negotiation,as a communicational way, is the significant part of international business exchange. In the negotiation process, negotiators’ negotiating attitudes, language and ways of thinking are affected by their cultural background. There are differences in Sino-American business negotiations styles. People need to face and understand the differences to effectively solve the negotiations dilemma brought by those differences. This article is studying the style differences between Sino-American business’s negotiations viewed from culture and intends to learn the reasons, representations and affections. Finally, the article gives some recommendations to negotiators which may help them reduce the possibilities of conflicts and friction in business negotiations.
The article contains four chapters. The first chapter explores the definitions of business negotiation and culture. The second chapter analyzes the cultural impacts on business negotiation style in general. And the third chapter specially analyzes the style differences between Sino-US business negotiations. The forth chapter gives some recommendations to negotiations.

摘  要

伴随着经济全球化的紧密步伐,加入世界贸易组织的中国与作为全球经济巨头的美国在商务上有了更为密切的往来。其中商务谈判在这场国与国的往来中扮演着极其重要的角色,而在谈判过程中,谈判者的谈判态度、语言表达、思维方式等都受到其文化背景的作用,中美商务谈判风格存在着异同性,英语毕业论文,我们应该正视异同,了解异同,才能有效的解决那些由异同带来的谈判困境。本文主要从文化角度出发探讨中美商务谈判风格的异同性,了解其成因、表现以及作用,英语论文,最后给谈判者相关建议和启发,以减少商务谈判中产生冲突、摩擦等情况的可能性。
本文共五章。第一章研讨了商务谈判以及文化的定义;第二章从总的方面略论文化对商务谈判风格的作用;第三章具体略论中美商务谈判风格的异同性;第四章集中于研讨中美商务谈判风格的异同性及对解决异同的相关建议。
