摘要
随着中美两国经济、文化交流的日益增多，中美饮食文化的交流也日渐频繁。和谐有效的饮食文化交流有利于促进中美两国联系的友好发展，推动两国文化的共同进步。然而，由于受价值观、历史、文化、宗教等不同因素的作用，中美饮食文化存在着巨大的异同，摩擦与碰撞时有发生，英语论文，但人们却没有引起足够的重视。因此，本文植入核心价值观的概念，以此为指导来看中美饮食文化异同。通过对核心价值观的详细阐述，深入研讨其对中美饮食文化的作用。此外，英语论文范文，本文采用比较略论的探讨措施重点研讨核心价值观下中美饮食文化的具体异同及其根源，为人们在两国饮食文化交流中存在的摩擦与尴尬寻求答案，借此帮助人们更好地理解两国文化，在面对文化冲突与碰撞时积极应对，互相理解。文章明确指出不同的地理环境、传统思想、政治经济制度造就了不同核心价值观下中美饮食文化异同形成的根本原因。本文最终的写作意义也是为人们指引一个正确的方向，让中美饮食文化存在的异同为人们所接受，跨越文化鸿沟，积极地参与文化交流活动，从而促进中美文化的交流与发展。

ABSTRACT
Along with the increasing exchanges of economy and culture, exchanges between China and America are also become more and more frequent. Harmonious and effective exchanges in dietary culture are conducive to promoting development of friendly relations between the two countries, driving the mutual progress of the culture. However, due to the influence of different factors such as values, history, culture, religion, etc. there are great differences in dietary culture between China and America. Frictions and collisions happen at times, but people have not paid enough attention. Therefore, the concept of core values is embedded into this thesis as a guide to see the discrepancies in Chinese and American dietary cultures. Through the detailed analysis of core values, it deeply explores their impacts on Chinese and American dietary cultures. In addition, the comparative analysis of research method used in this thesis focus on the specific differences in Chinese and American dietary cultures under core values and the fundamental reasons for differences, in order to seek the answer for friction and non-understanding existing in dietary culture exchanges, help people make a better understanding of the cultures, and actively respond and mutually understand in the face of cultural conflict and collision. This thesis clearly points out that the different geographical environments, traditional ideologies, economic and political systems create the reasons for the forming of differences between Chinese and American dietary cultures respectively reflecting different core values. The ultimate significance of writing this paper is also to guide a correct direction for people, to let the differences be accepted, to bridge the cultural gap, to positively make people participate in cultural exchange activities, so as to promote the exchange and development of Chinese and American cultures.
