Abstract:

After years of reforming and opening up, China has ranked No. 2 economy in the world, second only to America. With the rapid pace of economic globalization and integration, there are more and more international business cooperation, especially among major economies. Therefore,business negotiation is increasingly vital in the business activities. Vague language, as an important language factor, attracts more attention from the language experts and negotiators. The paper, firstly, presents the concept of business negotiation, vague language, and collects several vague examples in Sino-American business negotiations;  then analyze the functions of vague language and summarizes the similarities and differences of vague language in Sino-American business negotiations. Finally, this paper offers constructive suggestions to both countries, so as to reduce direct conflicts in business negotiations and to make international negotiation run smoothly.

摘要:

经过多年的改革开放,中国已跃居为仅次于美国的世界第二大经济体。如今,在高速的经济全球化与经济融合浪潮的推动下,全球经济合作特别是主要经济体国家间的合作越加普遍。商务谈判在商务活动中发挥着至关重要的影响。模糊语也是商务谈判中必不可少的一部分。如今,随着中美两国在经济上的关系越加紧密,英语论文范文中美商务谈判中的模糊语也受到了中外学者的高度重视。
本文略论了中美商务谈判中模糊语使用的差异点,英语毕业论文,以给两国商务谈判提供好的建议,减少谈判中的直接摩擦,推动商务谈判顺利进行。请注意排版,要求中文和上面的英文对应。

1. Introduction
After decades of reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development has won the appreciation of the whole world By the year 2017, China has ranked No. 2 economy in the world, second only to America. Since China entered the World Trade Organization, China’s economy and foreign trade have seen dizzy changes. According to HSBC, China will overtake the United States as the world’s largest trading nation by 2017.  
As we know, commodity economy advocates equivalent exchange and rejects privilege intervention. It is believed that only after negotiating on the basis of equity by contracting parties, win-win situations can be achieved and the development of commodity economy can be accelerated. Therefore, as one of the most significant parts of international trade, business negotiation is being paid great attention by more and more businessmen. A successful business negotiation will push forward the international cooperation to maximum extent.
