1. Introduction
With the tempo of era advancing, human’s information and spirit is tremendously enriched, which means this is a time well marked with diversity and individuality. Culture is developing coupled with the existing rules of societies, and in accordance with its inner orderliness, for this reason, it is increasingly multiplex as time goes by. China started its first opening-up in modern history in the opium war, 1842. Subsequently, the government sent the first team of students abroad to study western knowledge and scientific technology. China nowadays is meeting a period that more and more Chinese abroad determinedly choose to come back, as a result of a rising number of the technical exchanges and studying abroad between nations or regions. However, being companied with this delighting phenomenon, there emerges anther problem; thus, the returnees may feel uncomfortable in their physical health or psychology due to the interlacing of more than two different cultures. This provides a backdrop for the studies of reentry adaption, and also serves as an objective.
After the returnees went back home, they actually have a need for re-adapting to the home culture, and reverse culture shock is the main problem they will experience. It is the rudimental cause for the returnees’ physical and psychological comfortless symptoms. Reverse culture shock,(herein after called RCS), firstly put forward by Scheutz,1944, also named as "Reentry Shock", or "own culture shock", may takes place — returning to one's home culture after growing accustomed to a new one can produce the some effects, in short, described as four phases, honeymoon, negotiation phase, adjustment phase, mastery phase.
