摘 要
随着中美交流的增强，所以多了解一些美国社交文化就变得很有必要了。世面上有不少介绍美国社交文化的书籍和其他资料，英语论文范文，但是很少有能给出一个直观的介绍的，本论文试图以美国当前非常流行的一档真人秀节目《幸存者》为基础来略论和介绍美国的社交文化。本文主要从四个方面来略论和介绍美国社交文化，它们是个人主义和集体主义、权利差距、不确定性规避和价值观的男性度与女性度。本文将分别对它们进行阐述，阐述将与《幸存者》中和美国社会中的社交文化事例相结合。

Abstract
With the communications between China an America becoming more and more strong, it`s necessary for us to understand more about American Social culture. It`s easy to find books and other materials about American social culture, but less could give an effective and direct introduction .This thesis tries to analyze and introduce American social culture through a hot American reality show Survivor. This thesis mainly introduce and analyze if from four dimensions, including Individualism and Collectivism, Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance, Sexism and Feminism. They would be introduced one by one in this thesis, and the introduction would base on the combination of real cases both in Survivor and the American society.

1 Introduction
As the world is progressing every minute, the connection of people between different countries and areas is becoming more and closer. Most of the time, we should pay much attention to their cultures when we are hanging out with those who come from a different society, which would obviously improve the effect of communication. The globalization is sweeping the whole the world, especially in the area of economic activities. In business area, having a better understanding of you business partner would do help to your business. In reality, there are a number of failing business cases, and some experts have carefully checked the reasons of these failures. They concluded that most of barriers are caused by the misunderstanding of the different social culture.
Not only for business people, but for most common people, there is also a need to have a better understand of a different social culture. There is no doubt that the USA is the only super power of the whole world, both in economics and military forces. For most people, they have less access to American social culture, not like those business persons, they have plenty of chances to learn and experience American social culture. Nowadays we have access to a lot of American media videos, which reflecting how and what Americans do in their daily life. ，英语论文网站 |
