摘要
随着全球经济的飞速发展, 跨文化管理已成为国际公司跨国经营的必修课。国际商务活动和跨国经营范围的扩大, 要求国际公司必须面对多元文化模式的挑战。重视文化在国际公司管理中的影响, 并通过跨文化管理塑造国际公司的全球化文化, 从而消解多元文化的冲突, 增强其凝聚力, 是国际公司取得成功的重要因素。
本论文首先解释了有关文化和管理的理论概念,英语论文题目,英语论文题目,介绍了管理学家霍夫斯泰德有关跨文化管理的理论,略论了跨文化管理中对公司管理造成作用的文化异同因素,并比较了中国与美国在文化方面的异同。同时以中美两国的两家快餐公司肯德基和乡村基为代表,比较其在经营管理上的部分差异(如产品开发,员工的待遇,连锁加盟方式等),为准备进行跨文化经营的公司提供经验和建议。
最后总结了跨文化管理中的作用因素。略论出跨文化公司管理中存在问题的根源----文化异同,提出跨文化管理中的方法。最后基于中国的近况提出建设性的意见。首先要注重不同文化间的异同,形成共同的公司文化。其次还要实现公司在管理和销售上的本土化。

ABSTRACT
Along with the swift growth of world’s economy,cross-cultural management becomes vital importance to multinational corporations. The expansion of international business activities and invested fields, multinational enterprises are required to face the challenge of cultural diversity. To success in international business, to eliminate culture shock, and to strength corporation cohesion, it is essential to pay great attention to the influence of culture.
Firstly, it has explained some theoretical definitions about culture and management, introduces anthropologist Hofstede and his thoughts about cross-cultural management, interprets culture diversity and its influence in management, and compares culture difference of China and the United States. At the same time, KFC and CSC are introduced as the represents of fast-food industry in China and US. It mainly compares the management and administration of the two corporations and offers experience and suggestions.
At last, this thesis concludes influencing factors to cross-cultural management. Analyzing the difference between different cultures is the root which causes problems exist in the management of joint ventures. Eventually, suggests some approaches to further improvement. First of all, pay attention to cultural difference and cultivate same corporation culture. Secondly, Multinational Corporation should realize localization of management and marketing.
