摘要
随着构建法治社会要求的提出和加入WTO，面对新的形势、新的环境，在中国依法治国的进程中也出现新的要求和挑战。随着国际化程度的不断提高和国际官方及民间交流的日益频繁，跨国企业的大量进入、国际服务贸易内容更复杂，多样，这必将会出现经济、商业、金融、旅游及各领域的法务合作和跨国犯罪的上升。这就意味着跨国司法业务的范围也随即扩大，涉外案件的增多。然而这其中都包含着对具备一定英语能力的要求，因而加强英语法法学英语学习是新时代的要求。
在国际接轨的各项活动中，需要加强国际间的交流合作、学术研究、借鉴别国先进的法律理论经验、成果。我国每年都有大量的法学文献被译成外文，但同时我国法学制度还没有完全与国际接轨，英语论文，为了更好的参与到国际社会的政治经济活动中，我国开始也加快了向国际发达国家学习的步伐。这就要求大量翻译外国的法学法规，以便于学习借鉴。而法学英语在文化背景，词汇，句子结构有着自身的特点。为了提高法学翻译的质量，英语毕业论文，有必要首先了解法学英语的特征。

ABSTRACT
With the demanding of building a socialist country under the rule of law and accession to WTO, China is confronted with new challenge and higher demand, facing new environment and situation. With the improving of international level and frequency exchanging among international authorities and non-governmental, swarming multinational corporations, complex and varied service and trade, all of these will lead to legal cooperation and high international crime rate in the field of economic, commerce, finance and tourist and so on. It means large scope of transnational judicial businesses and cases. Therefore, being equipped with English capacity is a must.
In all range of activities in international practices, it is need to strengthen and enlarge multinational cooperation, exchanging, scope of academic seminars and learn and utilize advanced theories and achievements in other countries. Ever year large amounts of legal documents have been translated into other language, but at the same time, our legal institution has not been totally geared into international standards, we are also speeding up to learn experience in developed countries in order to fully take part in to multinational political and economical practice. So, many foreign legal documents are also required to be translated into Chinese. However, legal English has its unique characters in cultural background, vocabulary and sentence structure. In order to improve the quality of translated legal documents, it is necessary to have a better understanding of the characters of legal English.
