摘 要
为了更好的进行跨文化交际，我们首先要了解文化之间的异同，而从生活最微小的细节看这一异同更有非凡的意义。“酒”在我们的日常生活中扮演着不可或缺的角色，我们对这一文化现象的了解可谓信手拈来。探讨由中西方酒文化所反映出的文化异同，可以由生活中最常见的，英语论文范文，往往是不可缺少的现象中得到最感性的认识。中国和西方的酒文化有较明显的异同:在酒的用料上,中国最具特色、最著名的是用粮食酿造的粮食酒;西方则是用葡萄酿的葡萄酒。在酒文化的核心上,中国视酒为工具,意不在酒;西方视酒为艺术品,意就在酒。本文借助对中西方酒文化的异同对比略论，英语论文范文，试图探索中西文化对各自酒文化的作用，以及中西文化的丰富内涵，并以自己的理解，提出通过酒文化的异同对比探讨更好地进行跨文化交际。

ABSTRACT
In order to carry out the intercultural communication more efficiently, we have to start with a better acquaintance with different cultures. Consequently, it becomes more significant to find these differences from the particulars in common life. As wine plays a key role in our everyday life, it is easy for us to know this cultural phenomenon. As investigating the cultural differences reflected in Chinese and Western wine culture, we are able to get the most perceptual knowledge from the indispensable phenomenon in our everyday life. There are a great many of obvious differences in Chinese and western wine culture. Finally, I hope that the analysis of these differences is benefitial to further understanding of Chinese and western cultures

Chapter 1 Introduction
Wine culture, a special kind of culture, is of long standings with the development of human society. As a kind of public drink, wine is popular among the whole world. Li Bai, the great poet in our Tang dynasty, expresses in his more than one third poems his passion for wine. No matter in China or western countries, people all over the world create resplendent wine culture, enriching the treasure of our human beings’ culture.
Wine also plays a key role in our daily life, and we are familiar with many aspects of wine--the etiquette of drinking and wine cups, for instance. We people are most apt to celebrate any joyous occasions with wine. It is generally believed, especially in China, that only getting drunk can express our deep feelings. And if we consider and inspect the development of Chinese people in terms of their thoughts, politics, economy, culture and so on, we may find the roots of the wine culture.
However, if we take these phenomena into our account, it is not difficult for us to discover that there are a great many differences between wine cultures in China and western countries. Due to the differences in habitations, historical backgrounds, traditions, values and so on, the wine cultures vary greatly in different countries, which are also characteristic of colorful national idiosyncrasies. |
