Abstract

Human resource management, as the strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organization's most valued assets, becomes more and more important in today’s global market. However, Chinese HR people have different styles from US HR due to the distinctive cultural background between two countries. In this paper, several case studies have been made to show the HRM development of the companies from two countries. Besides, there are two interviews in the 4th part in order to get the opinions of people from Chinese and US companies. Finally, there is a data collection from doing a questionnaire among certain numbers of companies in China and US. The author aims to analyse the connection between US companies and Chinese companies, how human resource management influences the whole enterprise and the importance of human resource management. From doing relevant researches, the author makes a comparison between HRM in two countries’ big companies, and proves the necessity to develop proper HRM in Chinese companies; however, due to several reasons such as culture influence, economic environment, and historical effects, human resource cannot be widely developed. Finally, the author indicates that improving the employee’s quality, understanding cultural diversity, taking lessons from advanced HRM mode and trying three-pillar strategy is beneficial for business management development.

摘 要

人力资源管理,作为公司管理重要财产的战略化并具有连贯性的途径,英语毕业论文,在今日的国际市场上日益突显其重要性。然而,因为两个国家的文化有着截然不同的特点,中国和美国的人力资源管理者有着不同的管理方式。这种异同有时会导致两国的商业交流出现困难。此论文通过对一些著名公司的案例略论来展现企业人力资源管理发展的具体模式。另外,作者通过两个对中国公司和美国公司经理人的采访,了解到中国的中小型公司人力资源发展近况与国外公司的先进模式。最后是来自问卷调查的数据略论。作者想通过解析美国公司与中国公司的联系,人力资源管理如何作用公司以及人力资源管理的重要性来说明中国的人力资源需要大力发展。通过一系列相关的探讨,英语毕业论文,作者对比了两国大企业的人力资源管理,并证明了在中国公司发展人力资源管理的必要性;然而,因为一些原因例如文化作用,经济环境,以及历史效应,人力资源管理无法得到大力发展。最后,作者提出提升员工的素质,了解文化的多样性,向先进模式学习,以及尝试三支柱模式有助于公司管理的发展。

    With the gradual development of the global economy, more and more companies have entered into China, and at the same time, there are also many Chinese companies going overseas to share the market with people of other countries, especially after the reform and opening policy. Among those countries which have many business relations with China, the United States ranks in the top list.
