Abstract:
NGO has become a common organization which helps people in many fields around the world. In the earthquake various kinds of NGOs participated in the rescue and they did play a significant role. Many people have realized the importance of their performance since the NGOs had achieved the success. But people find that Chinese NGOs lack the special skills when they are compared with others. Foreign NGOs usually have a mature system, including the financial system, training system and so on. Because of this system foreign NGOs can tackle the problems within a shorter time and can reduce the casualties. Chinese NGOs need to find an efficient way to analyze the main reasons for the lagging behind the foreign NGOs. Reflection is conducive to make the counter measures. So the globalization of Chinese NGOs has been on the agenda. The native NGOs can not rest on their laurels, but have to reform and cooperate with others. This paper discusses the necessity, the importance and measures from this perspective. A good NGO should shoulder the social burden and do their utmost to help the government and the ordinary people. The self-improvement is an important element in the process of the globalization. They should have a balanced and stable management. It is a hypothesis to integrate Chinese NGOs into the world. This paper tries to find the root problems of Chinese NGOs and support a train of thought. The main purpose the paper is to give a way to develop the backward system of Chinese NGOs and arouse the ordinary people’s interest in participating in the NGOs.

摘 要：
非政府组织这一概念最早起源于西方社会，英语论文，引入中国的时间不是很长。但现阶段中国非政府组织的迅猛发展超过了其他很多国家，英语论文范文，各个领域都出现了中国特色的非政府组织。汶川大地震让许多人对此有了更加深刻的印象。但人们很容易发现中国非政府组织在地震救援中的表现与外国非政府组织相比较还是存在一定的差距。因而本文着重研讨了中国非政府组织自身所存在的问题、为什么需要国际化进程以及怎样进行国际化进程这几个主要方面。中国非政府组织缺乏完善的机构系统，这一弊病将严重阻碍组织的进一步发展，同时将作用非政府组织在处理社会事务中的执行性。一个优秀的非政府组织需要具备完善的组织运作，需要承担更多的社会责任，这种责任不仅仅局限于本土，也需要扩大到全球化的视野中。

Maybe ordinary people are not very familiar with the term NGO. After the earthquake happened in Wenchuan more and more people begin to know it. Many non-governmental organizations have participated in that rescue. The native NGOs are Yi Foundation, Nandu Foundation and so on. More than ten foreign NGOs have participated in that rescue. People are surprised that many foreign NGOs joined in this rescue. In fact, foreign NGOs have spread into many areas and influenced the policies not only in their own countries but also in other places. Because of the globalization the native NGOs can not rest on their laurels, they have to reform and cooperate with others. This paper discusses the reasons and the results of the globalization of Chinese NGOs. |
