1 Introduction
1.1 The definition and overview of corporate culture
Every organization has a unique culture, with its own history, its own ways of approaching problems and conducting activities, its own mix of managerial personalities and styles—in other words its own atmosphere, folklore and personality. A corporation, however large a scale it has or an ample profit it makes, is guided by its corporate culture in its business operation. Here what I mean about corporate culture refers to an organization—an enterprise, a branch of an enterprise, or a team in which members share values, symbols, beliefs and norms of behavior with each other. Since it is a category consisting of many aspects including spiritual, and non-material factors, it is not easy to define and mater it. Therefore, an enterprise is most estimable only for being armed with an excellent corporate culture, and thereby stands to an invincible position in the fierce competition.
