摘 要
随着经济的发展以及改革开放进程的进一步加深,我国的贸易越来越趋向国际化,而商务谈判作为达成贸易的重要手段之一,也被越来越多的人们所熟悉。所以,如何在商务谈判中取胜,也日渐成为人们关注的焦点。商务谈判是基于双方的利益进行谈判。在谈判中会有很多的细节作用谈判的最终结果。同时,商务谈判又是人们之间的一种直接交流活动,在这种活动中,谈判人员的素质、能力、经验、心理状态等富有变化的因素,对谈判过程和结果又有着极大的作用。本文将对商务谈判的流程,技巧以及谈判的艺术和谈判人员应该具备的素质等进行细致的略论,旨在让更多人了解商务谈判,英语论文题目,可以让更多的人能够在现实的国际贸易和日常生活中,应用战术,注重技巧,谈判成功。

Abstract
With the development of economic and the process of reform and opening up, China has become one of the decisive factors in the world economy. The trade between countries or business cannot take place without negotiations. More and more people know the business negotiation well. So, how to succeed in the international business negotiation has become a hotter and hotter issue among the society. As it’s known to us, business negotiation is based on the mutual benefits, and a lot of details will do effect to the final results. Meanwhile, the business negotiation is a direct communication between people activities. In such activities, the negotiators’ quality, ability, experience, mental state and changeable factors do play a great influence on the negotiation process and results. This paper will analyze details of business negotiation process, skills, the art of negotiation, the qualities of being a good negotiator, so that let more people know about the business negotiations. And what’s more, they can also use these strategies not only in the tabling negotiation, but in their real lives.

In the modern society, with the rapid development of economy, China has become one of the decisive factors in the world economy. The trade between countries or business cannot take place without negotiations. An increasingly closer business ties among nations have brought them more and more opportunities to deal with businesses. Certainly, profitable international business negotiations will benefit the development of enterprises. So, how to succeed in the international business negotiation is being a hotter and hotter issue in the public. The whole passage will be divided into seven parts.
