摘 要
外资大量引进中国市场使得求职者越发窥见外企内部的职业利益和优势,越来越多的人跻身于外企的行列使得外企面试的门槛越来越高。因此,越来越多的求职者在应对外企面试时逐渐失去了信心。基于前人对外企面试的探讨,本文将继续深入讨论,从面试官心理,肢体语言的应用,以及实用的手段三方面来探讨,集中讨论外企面试的规范与约束,深入比较外企与国企性质的异同,并探讨肢体语言的效用,以及如何巧妙地应答敏感问题。本文旨在激励求职者,英语毕业论文,英语论文,使他们重拾信心并查漏补缺,以全新的面貌来应对外企英文面试。

Abstract
Nowadays, there are an increasing number of applicants who want to enter into Foreign-Invested Companies due to their rapid development and beneficial advantages. What they require of the applicants makes the latter lose heart. Based on what has been studied and researched by predecessors, the paper will go on to penetrate deeper through such aspects as the interviewer’s psychology, functions of body language, along with the pragmatic approaches to interviews. It studies what the new laws and limitations of the Foreign-Owned Corporations are, which dramatically differ from those in the State-Owned Corporations. Moreover, this paper intends to bring about systematic research achievements of effects of body language as well as how to circumvent sensitive questions technically to inspire job applicants. Most importantly, it should help make up for what they lack and make believe in them again.

Nowadays, there are an increasing number of job hunters who want to enter into Foreign-Invested Companies. However, why is a foreign-invested company so popular? It is safe to say that millions of applicants are pouring into the market of Foreign-Owned Enterprises at every cost. Admittedly, people must be told or learn plenty of merits to work in those companies. With the years’ foreign investments getting into the huge Chinese market, the development of these companies becomes flourishing and thriving with the passed years, followed by several benefits and advantages for their staff. Criteria of the management system, the opportunities of promotion, generous salaries as well as paid leaves make people excited and desired. This is part of its appeal. |
