摘要
如今,英语论文,国际商务交往越来越频繁,并与国际潮流进入一个新的发展阶段。作为世界通用语言,英语在商务交际中有着重要影响,正确应用语言也是商务交往成功的关键。当然,英语论文范文,在商务交往中,也有相当一部分词语的使用会让人感觉尴尬、厌恶或恐惧不开心,为了避免或减轻对人的感情伤害,人们往往会选择使用委婉语。委婉语是一种礼貌的用词来替代直接或令人沮丧的表达,是商务谈判中的一个非常重要的组成部分,使用委婉语可以帮助避免一些令人尴尬的,不愉快的情境。对委婉语作一定的了解,并认识到委婉语在商务谈判中的地位日趋重要,能够提高商务会话质量以便达到商务谈判目标。本文通过略论委婉语的词汇和语法表达方式、委婉语在商务谈判中的起的影响、谈判中委婉表达的一些言语行为等方面的探讨,旨在促进谈判双方的成功交流和商业活动的顺利进行。

Abstract
Nowadays, the international business contacts become more frequent and enter a new developing stage with the international trend. As one of the common language in the world, English is of great importance in business communication. It is also the key for speakers to achieve the success with the appropriate use of language. A fair number of words make someone embarrassed、unhappy、dislike or fear when used in communication. In order to avoid the embarrassment or ease the sting of harsh words, people have to use euphemism. Euphemism is a polite word or expression that you use instead of a more direct one to avoid shocking or upsetting someone. Euphemism is known as a very important component in business negotiation, which will help avoiding the things that make people awkward, unhappy, abhorrent and horrific. Having a well knowledge of euphemism application and its growing importance in business negotiation can improve the quality of communication to adhere business goals. By analyzing the lexical and grammatical forms, the function, and the euphemistic expressions in some speech acts, this paper has the intention to facilitate business personnel fully understand each other and promote the development of business activities smoothly and achieve a success in the competitions.

1. Introduction
1.1 Literature review
With the quickening development of the world economics, English has become an indispensable language tool in all kinds of negotiations. Meanwhile, as one of the most important rhetorical methods, euphemism is also widely used in business English expression which is in order to avoid misunderstanding or mistakes. Both parties will try their best to get the most profit respectively. However, a successful negotiation does not mean winning by defeating the other, but winning by getting what both parties want. For the common goal and interest, negotiators have to cooperate with each other to prevent the negotiation from going to extreme. In order to avoid the deadlock of negotiation, it is necessary for negotiators to create a friendly and harmonious atmosphere which will eventually improve the negotiating conditions and keep the negotiation going on smoothly. Thus, this euphemistic presentation is playing a motivate role in the process of negotiation.
