摘要
公司文化是公司发展的根本动力,英语论文题目,是公司长期健康稳定发展的源泉,公司文化对公司的发展有着不可替代的影响,探讨公司文化近年来更是成为了一大热点,它吸引了越来越多学者的眼球。荷兰学者霍夫斯泰德提出了探讨文化的四个理论维度:权利距离,男性主义与女性主义,个人主义与集体主义,不确定性规避,英语论文题目,后经其他学者完善,最后提出了探讨文化的第五个理论:长期取向与短期取向。本文在霍夫斯泰德文化维度的指导下,探讨中国、美国公司文化的相同点与异同点,希望有助于人们对公司文化有一个全面深刻的理解。

Abstract
Corporate culture is the fundamental driver of companies’ developments, corporate culture is the resource of companies’ stable and healthy developments, corporate culture plays an irreplaceable role in companies’ developments. So studying corporate culture become more and more popular in recent years, and it attracts more and more learners’ attention. At the end of 1860s, Geert Hofstede came up with four cultural views, which are power distance, masculinity and femininity, individualism and collectivism, uncertainty avoidance. Later, through other learners’ complementation and perfection, his fifth cultural view, long-term orientation and short-term orientation appeared. This paper tries to analyze the differences and the similarities between Chinese and American corporate cultures under the cultural views of Hofstede, hoping it can help people have a better understanding of corporate culture.

1. Introduction
Companies in different countries have different corporate cultures, because corporate culture is based on its nationally traditional culture, and is related to its geographical environment and the level of economical development. Because of the differences of regions, nations, social psychologies, levels of economical development, and especially influenced by different social cultures and different social systems, American and Chinese corporate cultures sometimes show much differences, while sometimes show amazing similarities. And since China joined the WTO in 2017, the trend of globalization and the fast growth of multinational companies have aroused more and more interaction and communication among different cultures, especially between the two largest economies’ cultures, Chinese and American cultures. And with more and more difficulties the companies faced and face during their developments, the leaders in companies and learners all around the world are, without exception, paying their attention to corporate culture. They are trying to solve all these problems by corporate culture. Excitedly, they find it’s a right way. Analyzing and Learning from the corporate culture of other nations have become a popular way to enhance business success.
