Abstract: In the contemporary society, education plays a vital role in a country’s future. Family education is the elementary education for a person. Before receiving school education, people firstly receive family education, so family education in a child’s growth is quite important. However, because of the different environment between China and America, there are many differences between Chinese and American family education. This dissertation mainly analyzes the differences of family education between China and America from concepts, aims, methods and outcomes. Through the contrastive analysis, we can fully understand the significance of family education and get some thinking from the differences. In addition, this dissertation also illustrates some reasons of these differences from economical forms, social conditions and cultural traditions. Besides, the author comes up with some suggestions about our family education. What’s more, through some examples and comparative analysis, the author makes some summaries of family education between China and America. It encourages us to get some inspirations from these differences. Through this dissertation, the author hopes we can find out some disadvantages of our family education and make some effective measures to perfect our country’s family education.

摘  要：在当代社会，教育关于一个国家的未来起着至关重要的影响。家庭教育对人们来说是最基本的教育。在接受学校教育之前，人们首先接触到的是家庭教育，英语论文，因而家庭教育关于一个孩子的成长是相当重要的。然而，由于中美两国“环境”的不同，导致了中美在家庭教育方面也存在诸多异同。本文主要从教育观念，目的，措施和结果方面来略论中美家庭教育的不同。通过对比略论，我们可以充分了解到家庭教育的重要性并能在这些异同中得到一些启示。另外，英语毕业论文，本文也从经济形式，社会条件和文化传统等方面略论了这些异同的原因。此外，本文对我们国家的家庭教育提出了一些建议。通过一些例子和对比略论，作者将中美的家庭教育做了一些总结，并鼓励人们能从中得要一些启发。
通过本文，作者希望我们能发现我国家庭教育的不足并采取有效方法来完善我们的家庭教育。

In the 21st century, international competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer. And it is a competition for talents fundamentally. Education plays a vital role in cultivating talents. A good education is the key factor to talent training.
Karl Welter says, “If the love of the good, the beauty and the truth had been implanted properly in their mind in early years, if they had been trained to use their minds at the very beginning, they would not live so foolishly”(Welter, 2017:7). I’m in favor of this opinion very much. If there is no good beginning, there will be no good ending.
