Abstract: With China joining WTO, our international trade has been growing at a high speed. Meanwhile, the frauds in international trade keep increasing, seriously disturbing the order of the normal international trade. Among various types of frauds, those through international sales contract account for a large proportion and have resulted in great damages. Therefore, it is necessary for us to find ways to handle this issue so that interests of parties of international sales contracts are appropriately protected. Besides, it’s valuable to lessen the proportion of international sales contract frauds.
This paper is composed of 5 parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part introduces the concept, characteristic and forms of international sales contract frauds. The third part analyzes the reasons of the contract frauds from the perspective of society, individual and law. The fourth part summarizes some prevention measures for contract frauds of international sales of goods. The last part is the conclusion. It is hoped that this paper will provide some suggestions for the international traders and help to reduce the rate of contract frauds.

摘要：随着我国加入WTO，国际贸易得到了前所未有的发展。与此同时，国际贸易中的欺诈现象日益增多，英语论文，严重干扰了正常的国际贸易秩序。在诸多的国际贸易欺诈形式中，英语论文网站，利用国际贸易买卖合同进行欺诈占有很大的比例。因此，我们很有必要探讨国际贸易合同欺诈及提出相应的防范方法使得当事人的权益得到适当的保护。这关于降低中国国际货物买卖合同欺诈的比率具有很好的意义。
本文分为5个部分，第一部分是引言，第二部分介绍了国际货物买卖合同欺诈的概念、特征以及主要类型，第三部分从社会、个人以及法制的角度略论国际货物卖卖合同欺诈产生的原因，第四部分总结了国际货物买卖合同欺诈的防范方法，第五部分是本文的结论。

Contracts for the international sales of goods are widely used. So the frauds frequently occurred by taking advantage of sales contracts which affects the enterprise production and operation activities as well as people's normal economic life. This paper will analyze the types of contract frauds for the international sales of goods and put forward the relative preventive measures.
With China's opening-up policy implemented, China's economy has a rapid development. Besides, the business between China and overseas becomes more and more frequent. According to customs statistics, in 2017, the gross value of China's foreign trade import and export is $3.64206 trillion, an increase of 22.5% over the same period of 2017. And the gross value of the foreign trade import and export broke all-time records in 2017(The central people's government website).However, the contract is a necessary means to carry out international trade. It is of great value for the development of international trade to research the contract frauds.
