Abstract
In China, traditional culture has survived and continues to develop. As the core content of f traditional Chinese culture, Junzi culture has deep influence on Chinese history, culture, society and national character. Similarly, the British gentleman culture which came from the aristocratic spirit is the essence of British culture, and the value orientation and direction. Chinese Junzi culture and British gentleman culture have many similarities and differences.
Junzi culture is the essence of Chinese culture. It is the ideal personality of Confucian personality. Junzi regard loving humaneness and righteousness as their mission. They pursue just right for the purpose or occasion. A person is not born a Junzi. If a person wants to be a Junzi, he must strengthen his self-cultivation. The self-cultivation includes not only the cultivation of the inner spirit, but also art and culture qualities. Confucius' theory of the gentleman has still great significance to the modern society. Modern society requires a new type of Junzi.
Gentleman culture of Britain has two sources which are noble spirit and culture concept of value of middle class. With its development and change, gentleman culture has endowed modern value. Gentleman is the essence of British culture and the value tendency of British people who accepted it as a standard in daily life.
In contemporary society, both British gentleman culture and Chinese Junzi culture have undergone great changes. In this paper, I compare the two cultures by cultural origins , development , characteristics , impact of Chinese Junzi, and similarities and differences in modern Chinese Junzi education and the modern British gentleman education, to explore the modern value of the two cultures. We can learn from the good practices of the British gentleman education, and make suggestions to the contemporary Chinese personality education.

摘 要
在中国，传统文化生生不息、绵延不绝。作为中国传统文化核心内容的君子文化，对中国的历史、文化、社会以及民族性格产生了至深至远的作用。同样，来源于贵族精神的英国绅士文化是英国文化的精髓，英语论文题目，是英国人的价值取向和努力的方向。君子和绅士分别是中英文化中的核心元素之一。在产生、发展和对本国历史、文化、社会、日常生活的作用方面，中国君子和英国绅士既有相同点，又有不同点。
“君子”是孔子的人格理想。君子以行仁、行义为己任。君子也尚勇，但勇的前提必须是仁义，是事业的正当性。君子处事要恰到好处，要做到中庸。人并非天生就是君子，要成为君子，必须加强修养。修养不仅包括内在精神的修养，还包括文、艺的培养。孔子的君子论在现代仍具有重要的意义，现代社会需要新型的君子。
英国绅士文化有贵族精神和中间阶层的文化价值观念两个来源，它经历了发展与变迁的轨迹，具有一定的现代价值。绅士风度是英国文化的精髓，是英国人的价值取向和努力方向。深受这种文化熏陶的英国人，在生活、工作、为人处事等方面都以此作为一个标准。英吉利民族在如何对待传统文化教育，不仅决定了英国的未来发展，而且对同为文明古国的中国也富有启发意义。
在当代社会中，英国绅士文化与中国君子文化都发生了很大的变化。本文通过比较中国君子文化和英国绅士文化的起源、发展、特点、作用以及现代中国君子教育和现代英国绅士教育中的相同点和不同点，英语论文网站，研讨两种文化的现代价值，并从英国绅士教育中得到启发，借鉴英国绅士教育优良做法，给当代中国人格教育提出建议。
