Abstract
America is a country of immigrants, so it has a strong ability to accept new things and new culture.
In mid twentieth century, the designated goal of American motor businessmen is to put the car as an ordinary family’s essential products so that even the blue-collar class can afford it. With the promotion of this policy, by1945, twenty-five million families have their own private cars and most of which are the middle class.
When motor vehicles come into American’s life, it forms a unique American motor culture, such as motor writing graffiti, the prosperity of motor industry, motor English, etc. The rapid evolution of these aspects exert a subtle influence on English language.
