[摘 要]
伴随着经济的发展和与外国与日俱增的密切交流，翻译必不可少，尤其是科技英语论文摘要的翻译。本文主要通过略论法、举例法、归纳法总结法研讨了科技英语论文摘要的特点，指出了当前科技英语论文摘要的翻译领域中存在的问题，如主观上缺乏规范性，英语论文，翻译的内容上空洞，未考虑到跨文化因素等。本文结合功能目的论找到并提出最佳的科技英语论文摘要翻译的信息传递准则、文化适应准则、表达适度准则和灵活变通准则和翻译要以实现目的为出发点，英语论文，重视科技英语论文摘要翻译的规范性，适时转换思维方式等翻译技巧。

Abstract：
With the development of economy and the ever-increasing close communication with foreign countries, translation plays an indispensable role, especially the translation of abstracts of English for science and technology. Using analytic method, exemplification, correction method, inductive method and concluding method，this paper mainly analyzes the features of abstracts in English for science and technology and some problems existing in the translation. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, some translation principles and techniques are proposed. It concludes that in the translation of abstract, awareness of cross-culture is of great importance.

I. Introduction
Different translators viewed language from different perspectives and gave different definitions of abstract. To closely discuss and examine the topic of abstract translation the definition of such translation must be made clear. The most accepted definition of abstract is that an abstract is a concise summary of the work. A well prepared abstract enables readers to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether they need to read the document. In order to make people all over the world know more about China, the translators need to spare no pains to introduce China to the outside world.
At present the scholars mainly have some researches on abstract’s translation of English for science and technology, such as:
Firstly, on scientific and technological research on the translation of English abstracts. For example, Zhang Zhengyong’s paper named “in the perspective of teleology translation of abstracts of scientific papers” is mainly to explore two main areas, and stressed that advocate translator out of the bondage of equivalent translation or equivalent translation to achieve the purpose of translation and give better play to the initiative; Xu Feng’s paper about the abstracts of scientific papers in the translation which mainly explored scientific and technological problems in the translation of English abstracts, such as “word”, “less”, “not” three major problems. At the same time, he also pointed out the errors in the translation of English for science and technology abstracts, such as no much attention on abstracts’ translation of English for science and technology subjectively enough, some information omitted, no positioning concepts, substance, and accidental; lack of normative such as nouns and prepositions ignored and so on.
