摘 要
随着中国和外国的交流越来越频繁，中国人民也更加热切地想了解外国的资讯。阅读英语新闻就是一种有效且快速获取信息并帮助我们增进了解的措施。从二十世纪九十年代开始，新闻业取得了长足的进步。因此，新闻翻译在当今社会正变得越来越重要。
新闻本身的性质决定了新闻英语具有独特的语言特色。首先，英语论文，英语新闻常常会采用被报道国家的语言中特定的词语。第二，新闻报道不管是否包含了任务的采访和演讲，都会包含口语化的表达形式。在翻译过程中，口语风格的保留是口语化新闻语言翻译的关键。第三，因为新闻的时效性，新闻英语频繁地孕育极富表现力的新词，而新词往往在中文中难找到简单的对应，英语论文，因此需要在翻译中根据新词的含义，在兼顾其表现力的而同时找到对应的中文词汇。最后，新闻报道的社会性决定了它必定会触及该社会的文化层面，因此新闻词汇中也必定渗透着包含文化意味的词汇。因为这种文化词汇具有专属于某种文化的特征，所以翻译中解释性的措施更能保证表达的顺畅。
本文将分三个部分讨论新闻英语翻译的特殊性。首先，文章将探讨新闻英语的语言特点。其次，把握好了新闻这一特殊的文体后，便可以更好的了解新闻英语翻译的技巧。最后，在此基础上，文章会顺利地归纳出新闻英语翻译的特殊性。

Abstract
As the communication between China and other countries is getting more and more frequent, Chinese people are so eager to know abroad more. Then reading news English is an efficient and quick way for us to get information of the outside and help us understand others better. Since the 1900s, journalism has made great progress. Therefore, news translation now is playing an increasingly important role.
The nature of news determines that news English takes on some unique language features of its own. Firstly, English news tends to adopt the specific terms in the language of the reported country. Secondly, whether the news report contains the interviews or speeches, colloquial terms usually abound in news report. And in the translation process, the reservation of a colloquial style is the key. Thirdly, due to news’ timeliness, news English naturally becomes the hot bed for highly expressive neologism, but such news terms and vocabulary will make it difficult for translators to find the exact equivalents. Finally, news report often extends its coverage to include the culture of a specific society, which then bring the cultural terms into news report.
This paper is divided into three parts to introduce the specialties of news English translation. First of all, this paper will focus on linguistic features of news English. Second, having understood the features, it can be easier to acquire the techniques of news English translation. Finally, according to the two parts above, the paper can successfully sum up the specialties of news English translation.
