摘 要
在人类语言中，英语论文，颜色词表现出的独特魅力，让人刮目相看。在英语和汉语两种语言中有关颜色词的表达词语有很多，然而同一颜色在不同语言中的含义有相同点，也有不同点，其相异之处主要是有文化因素决定的。因此，在英汉互译中，我们尽量要避免直接根据字面意思去翻译，英语论文范文，而是要从其相关的文化背景去理解更深一层的含义。中英颜色词语的对比是一项难且复杂的工作，这不仅仅是双语翻译的交流，而且还有跨文化的交流。翻译的目的就是为了能够冲破语言的障碍以便促进文化的交流。我们要善于比较汉英常用的颜色词的意义进行比较，进一步找出其相同点和不同点，而在进行颜色词的翻译时必须考虑文化因素，以达到交流目的。本文重点讨论了汉英颜色词红与red的文化内涵及翻译。

Abstract
In human language, the unique charm that color words express let people sit up and take notice. There are various of expressions of color words both in English and Chinese. While there are similarities but also differences of one color in different language. The main reason of such phenomenon is decided by cultural factors. Therefore, in English-Chinese translation, we should avoid translating according to the letter as far as possible. We should understand the deep meaning from culture background. The comparison of Chinese and English color words is a difficult and complex work to do. It is not only the exchange of Chinese-English translation, but the exchange of cross-culture. The aim of translation is to break through the language barrier to promote the exchange of culture. We should compare the word meaning and connotation of color words in both Chinese and English and further to explore the difference and similarity between English and Chinese. While translation color words, we must consider the cultural factors to achieve the goal of communication. The paper tries to discuss the Cultural Connotations and Translation of Color words “Hong” and “Red”.

1 Introduction
The definition of color words is color in general, the appearance of something, especially something with a lot different color. Color words means to use for describing the colors of different kinds of thing. On account of natural true quality, the classification of English and Chinese color words and meaning of words on the whole. There is not any difference when people distinguish colors. Meanwhile, people in different culture show a little difference in their meaning.
