1. Introduction
Phonetics is the linguistic science which describes and classifies the sounds of human languages (Johnson, 1999: 235). Researchers both in home and abroad describe phonetics as an important part of speaking, listening, reading and writing experiences. The famous linguist A.C Gimson said that if a person learns to speak any language, he must learn to 100% of its voice, but only 50% to 90% of its grammar and 1% of its vocabulary. Obviously, it is important to master the phonetics for language. The founder of Crazy English- Li Yang said that every country in Asia said their own English, the Indians say Indian English, and Chinese people say Chinese English. Thus, mother language plays a crucial rule to restrict English acquisition.
