Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the implication of conceptual metaphor in integrated English vocabulary. In terms of ontological metaphor, orientational metaphor and structural metaphor, explanation and analyses are made. Through three angles of conceptual metaphor and polysemy make clear the integrated English vocabulary. The study shows that conceptual metaphor has a great impact on integrated English vocabulary by understanding the basic meaning and the extensional meaning and may clarify the words meaning in line with its different dimensions. The paper concludes that conceptual metaphor will help learners master the deep meaning of vocabulary, understand the abstract concept, and adapt to the social trend that new words keep generating.

摘要：
本探讨旨在略论概念隐喻对综合英语词汇的作用。根据实体隐喻，方位隐喻，结构隐喻，英语论文范文，对课题进行了解释与略论。同时，通过三个维度的不同角度和一词多义略论综合英语词汇。探讨表明，概念隐喻在理解综合英语词汇的基本意义和引申意义具有很大的作用，英语论文题目，且通过概念隐喻的不同维度能够辨析词汇的意义。本探讨总结出概念隐喻有助于学习者掌握词汇的深层含义，理解词汇的抽象概念，以及适应新词汇不断产生的社会趋势。

1. Introduction
First proposed by Aristotle in the 4th century BC, metaphor continues to receive constant attention of scholars in recent centuries. In everyday speech, a metaphor may appear in every three sentences on average according to statistical data by Richards. Metaphor is a process of human beings constantly aware of the wider world, the exploration of the unknown field, the mapping from the known material to the unknown material as well as the perception of things by comparing the familiar and unfamiliar things.
