Abstract and Key Words
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of junior middle school English slow students and the transformation strategies. By investigating the current English teaching in junior middle schools, many reasons are found about the phenomenon of slow students. The paper focuses on both internal factors and external factors, while the internal ones are considered fundamental. Through analyze the factors, the paper also finds some strategies to solve the problems of English slow students, by using various measures to change the current situations of slow students.

摘要:本文主要略论了初中英语学困生的近况以及其相关转化方法。通过调查初中英语学困生的近况,人们将会发现有许多因素导致了学困生的形成,比如:学困生自身的内部因素,他们没有正确的学习动机,没有良好的学习习惯等,以及一些来自教师、社会、家庭等外部因素。帮助学困生发现并改正其自身因素将有助于改变他们的近况,使其沿着正确的学习轨道前进,早日追赶上其他的学生,英语毕业论文,英语论文题目,并尽可能成为一名优秀的中学生。

1. Introduction
With the reform of the national school teaching curriculum, both the teaching methods and the learning strategies have got changed. In class, new situation has been formed——teachers and students are more equal and interactive. There are more opportunities for the students to explore and experience, however, many slow students cannot participate the interaction due to their lack of good learning habits or methods. The reasons that some students become slow students are various. They can not only be subjective reasons (such as psychological and physical aspects), but also some objective reasons (such as family, teacher, and social reasons). And the subjective and objective factors are interacted with each other. However, no matter what reasons, only if slow students have no intelligence quotient problems, and people take measures to help the slow students on time, they may become excellent students. As an education worker, a teacher should search for a set of effective methods according to slow students’ specific situation and help them to finish their learning tasks. The idea of quality education is all for the students. The idea requires every teacher to pay attention to every student’s development, especially those slow students. Teachers should try to create certain condition to help the slow students to get the pleasure of success.
