Abstract
There are two main factors that affect personality formation and development, one is genetic, and the other is environmental. The character of John Griffin in The Invisible Man is mainly affected by the social environment. This paper discusses the influence of social environment on a person’s character by analyzing the Character of John Griffin in The Invisible Man.
