摘要
无可厚非的，《乱世佳人》带给人们的感触，英语毕业论文，绝不是三言两语能够表达的。而此文仅仅通过略论小说女主人公的性格特征来解读小说带给人们的启发。书中女主角斯嘉丽自私、幼稚、任性、自恋，很明显得不太受人喜欢。但是从未战争时集万千宠爱于一身的“公主”到经历战争失去所有却还乐观安慰自己明天是另外一天的坚强女性，英语论文，之间种种的历练，都让我们不得不佩服这个让人既爱又恨的“小女人”。本论文作者认为斯嘉丽的性格非常复杂，体现了一个女性的成长历程。她在不停变化的生活中不停地努力适应。努力让自己勇敢的承担起整个家，虽然“不择手段”，但是也从不轻言放弃。

Abstract
There is no doubt that the feelings come from the novel gone with the wind cannot be expressed by only few sentences. Analyzing the character of the heroine can make people understand the true meaning of the novel. In Margaret’s description, the heroine, Scarlett, is a woman who is selfish, childish, narcissistic and capricious. Therefore, it is obvious that she is not a figure of angel in many people’s hearts. But after knowing all the ups and downs she has experienced and all the things she has done, we have to admire this girl because of the light of bravery and positivistic which makes her shining in the dark decades. This article shows the complex characters and the growth record of the “little woman” who is both loved and hated by readers. She tries her best to adept to the changing life and to support her family; however, she is a little “unscrupulous”, but she never gives up her hope of life.

1. Introduction
Every girl has her own prince when they fall in love, and they never listen to anyone. The heroine of the novel Gone with the wind Scarlett is a girl like that. The novel Gone with the wind cost the writer Margaret Mitchell ten years of efforts. As soon as appearing on the market, it immediately hit the United States and then filed over the sea to be one of the worldwide best-selling books.
Margaret Mitchell is the author of the novel, in other words, we can say Scarlett is built by her. Margaret was born in the city of Atlanta, Georgia. She came from a family of lawyers. She had a good family background similar as Scarlett. Margaret’s father was the chairman of the Atlanta History Institute. During the Civil War, Atlanta had fallen into the hands of northern military commanders Schulman in 1864. Later, it became the favorite topic of conversation in the Atlanta residents. When Margaret was just a child, her father always told her the story about the Civil War. Then naturally when the 26-year-old Margaret decided to create a fiction about the Civil War, Atlanta became the natural background of the novel.
