In this static change, with new words, old words, foreign words occur at the same time the scene is the old words from the new application, and quickly gained close attention of scholars, writers, journalists and social movement home. Speaking from a social perspective, the old words retrogradation is the main manifestation of scene variation to speak. This picture is influenced by social civilization identity, but also reflects the growth and change of ancient society. This paper tries to talk from the social perspective analysis in Soviet era Russian old words retrogradation scene, to facilitate real-time control Russian speech sinks change update, ensure the social diplomacy is smooth. This paper contains four parts: introduction, annotation, conclusion and references. The purpose of this paper is to study the goals and duties is proposed in, the introduction of international and foreign speaking scholars of old words retrogradation phenomenon in the study of review, introduced the research and practical significance.
