In twenty-first Century, science and technology, mankind has entered the knowledge economy with a thousand li a day, period, has entered a highly information oriented era, twenty-first Century is the knowledge economy occupies the leading position of the century. The multi polarization of international politics, the information of social life and the globalization of economic movement are impacting every category of the society. Higher education as citizens is one of the most important part of teaching system, the teaching and research level determine the level of social productivity and the high potential of our country in the future. In the present world, the transformation and development of the world will be valued as a major strategy, in order to remain invincible in international competition. The European countries have made progress in the international education market, improve their teaching level, and fulfill the Bologna plan. The aim is to establish a "senior high school", the same degree and certificate of the European countries, to complete the integration of European countries and the EU in the international education competition. In September 2003 Russia officially signed the "Bologna declaration", to participate in the creation of higher education in the process of European integration, to participate in the Bologna process, Russian teachingsand stopped a series of transformation, and tries to teach close to the international advanced, complete integration with the European country of higher education system in 2017, to complete the teaching of ancient. In this thesis, we analyze the quality of advanced education reform in Russia, and discuss the latest results of advanced education reform in Bologna.
