Bologna declared the general purpose of several senior teaching areas, including teachers and students activities, enhance graduate unemployment and progress. Russia participated in the process of Bologna in 2003, the Bologna process is no longer limited to Western European countries. And in order to better integrate into the European higher education area, Russia's advanced education category will produce a series of reform. In Bologna to participate in the process, after the structure, type and curriculum of senior Russian teaching were summarized, analyzed in the Bologna process, Russian higher education degree in construction, credit transfer, quality assurance system, graduate unemployment and academic activities have changed. And the Tomsk Polytechnic University as an example, introduce the system of senior Russian category changes and teach some of the problems of face. The main structure of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part, to participate in the Bologna process before the Russian teachingsand stop introduction, and analysis of Russia signed with king of the declaration of Bologna; the second sector, briefly summarized the Bologna process, and the policy of Russia to participate in the Bologna process for a brief analysis, then focuses on the process in Bologna, Russia senior education system produces change; the third sector, to a university as an example, analysis of changes in Russian higher education.
