| 摘要：随着中俄两国政治经济交流的日益频繁,每年来华旅游的俄罗斯人不断增多,已成为继韩国、日本之后的中国第三大旅游客源国,但旅游俄语系人才极为匮乏,培养合格的旅游俄语人才势在必行。本文对高职院校在旅游俄语系人才培养的教学实践中存在的问题进行了略论,提出了对旅游俄语教学改革的对策。 Abstract：With the increasing political and economic exchanges between China and Russia, the number of tourists to China is increasing, which has become the third largest tourist source country after South Korea and Japan, but it is very short of the tourism Russian professional talents.
