This paper analyzes the characteristics of El Greco's painting, and through the assessment of process of the artist's artistic experience from his paintings objectively and objective to discuss the causes. Greco was subjected to the influence of Byzantine painting, Venetians and styles paternalism, however the style affect the biggest is the artist's own religious emotion experience.
