In this study, the author chose the Bangkok, Thailand, the community SuanPlu as a case, because of the differences between the two housing projects in the community, a is "centralized" residential projects -- "we care about housing project"; "safe housing project" is also a, also is the introduction of the community driven development (CBD) concept of housing projects. Analysis of the results show that second kinds of projects to help the community to reduce poverty. From the economic point of view, thanks to the community's funding and welfare planning, safe housing project, the residents of the family economic conditions more stable. From the point of view of career morality, the collection and supply of the community to establish a library and other learning capital, safe housing projects in the education level is better. In addition, the middle of the community health service and the establishment of basic health knowledge of the supply, but also greatly improved the "safe housing project" in Ankang. In contrast, the housing project we care not only does not have funding and welfare planning as a guarantee, there is no available for community members to receive education in the middle of the study and the middle of Ankang.
