In this paper, using literature retrieval, classroom observations, summarized and practical interview approach, of Thai students in the learning process in the cross cultural diplomacy hamper analysis, and discusses these interfere with the reason of own research results of some scholars, test provided a cross cultural diplomacy to a number of strategies in foreign Chinese culture teaching progress Chinese language learners. The basic content of this study contains four aspects: one is Thailand Students cross cultural diplomacy handicapping said, included in speaking foreign, non speaking diplomatic and other aspects; the second is analysis of the Thailand students cross-cultural foreign hinder the cause, from the society, the ego and the professor Jiao Yangsan aspects expounds; three is foreign Chinese culture teaching research, from civilization teaching, selection of teaching content and practical teaching case interpretation of Chinese civilization teaching offset cross cultural diplomacy hinder plays a very important role.
