The goal of vocational colleges is to train compound talents of Jap- anese with strong professional knowledge and skills and also professional ethics and qualities. So it is an important way to improve Japanese Vocational Training by strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises and pro- moting combining production. Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality has been cooperating with Japanese brand hotels for more than a decade.
