摘  要:我国高职语教育不同于本科教育,带有明显的职业特色。高职院校以培养具有较强专业知识和技能、具备良好的职业道德和素质的复合型语人才为目标。因此,加强校企间的合作,促进产学结合,是提高高职日语人才培养的重要途径。山东旅游职业大学一直坚持走国际化办学的道路,与日本的品牌酒店之间的合作也已有十余年。在当前高职日语系招生不景气的严峻形势下,学校只有坚持让公司参与学校教学的全过程,坚定校企双向合作的教育教学思路,推进国际化办学的进程,才能为高职院校日语教育的可持续发展提供动力。In China, Japanese language education of vocational colleges with obvious protessional leatures is different from which of undergraduate education. The goal of vocational colleges is to train compound talents of Jap- anese with strong professional knowledge and skills and also professional ethics and qualities. So it is an important way to improve Japanese Vocational Training by strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises and pro- moting combining production. Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality has been cooperating with Japanese brand hotels for more than a decade. Under the grim situation of downturn enrollment of Japanese major in vocation- al colleges , the school only has to adhere the idea of insisting companies involving the whole process of school teaching and the bilateral cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promoting the process of international- ized education in order to provide the impetus for sustainable development for Japanese language education of voca- tional colleges.
