It came to the conclusion that the phrases of eyes, hands, and mouth are inevitably connected with their elements in the process of formation of its usual semantic meanings. And cognitive patterns such as metaphor and metonymy also play an important role in the process of formation and understanding of the semantics meanings, the extension of which centers on physical vocabulary such as eyes, hands and mouth, and are realized in metaphor, metonymy or cognitive ways to combine the two.
