Chinese has absorbed a large number of foreign words in its development. Japanese loan- words have occupied part of those. This paper makes a preliminary analysis about some of the Japanese loan- words in Chinese since the reform and opening - up from the perspectives of a foreign examples of parsing, sources of foreign words with the communites, and the carriers language history, typical and borrowing ways.
