Abstract
Kung Fu Panda made by Dream Works got great success in 2017. To our surprise, this story set background with ancient China. Kung Fu Panda perfectly integrated traditional Chinese nation and local custom in a Hollywood way. Kung Fu Panda has become a classic role in audiences’ hearts.
From intercultural communication point of view, this film is a masterpiece of the integration of Chinese and American cultures. Via analyzing the film, we could be fully aware of the truth that Chinese culture is gradually becoming more and more significant worldwide and have a further understanding of the deepening of cultural globalization. In the meantime, the achievement of this film has demonstrated that cultural integration can be gained in a harmonious way based on common respect and understanding.
Since Kung Fu Panda has got great success, a new question comes to many domestic filmmakers and ordinary Chinese; they are wondering why American rather than Chinese make this blockbuster. This thesis aims to elaborate Kung Fu Panda from intercultural angle and also analyze how these two seemingly diverse cultures integrate together, in order to promote the awareness of our own culture. In addition, the author will supply some constructive suggestion to cultural transmission.

摘要
2017年由美国好莱坞梦工厂拍摄的《功夫熊猫》取得了巨大的成功。让人惊奇的是，这部动画片是以古老的中国为背景，英语论文网站，英语论文范文，巧妙地将中国传统民族、地方性风俗场面应用好莱坞式制作模式拍摄出来。如今功夫熊猫俨然已经成为一个经典角色进入观众的心中。
透过跨文化交际学的视角，我们可以发现《功夫熊猫》是中美文化融合孕育下的杰作。通过对影片的略论我们可以充分意识到中国文化在全世界范围内正愈加重要，而且对文化全球化的进一步加深有了更深层次的理解。同时，影片的成就验证了文化融合是可以在相互尊重相互理解的前提下，以一个和谐的方式来实现的。
《功夫熊猫》的巨大成功，一个新的问题出现在很多国内制片人和观众面前，他们想知道为什么是美国人而不是我们中国人做出这部影片。因此，本篇论文旨在跨文化的视角下来略论《功夫熊猫》。作者将略论该片中两种看似完全不同的文化是如何融合在一起的，希望能提高国人的本土文化意识，同时为中国文化的传播提供一些建设性的建议。

Chapter One Introduction
1.1 Research Background
In 2017, a big American movie studio in Hollywood----Dream Works made Kung Fu Panda, which was chased after by volumes of fanatical fans. There had been full of the phenomenon in the cinema, refreshing the box office record. The highlight of this movie is that it is produced by an American film company, but includes a large number of Chinese characteristics.
This story is about a lovely panda Po. His father runs a noodle shop where he grows up. His real interest is kung fu. At the end of the story, with his own hard work and Shifu’s effective teaching method, Po becomes stronger. Then his father’s words give him some inspiration, and make him be aware of the secret that the Dragon Scroll is to trust himself, so he defeats Tai Lung successfully in the end.
