跨文化交际下中西饮食文化的比较探讨[英语论文]

摘要:

随着人类社会不断发展、进步,人类生活变得日益开放,不同国家和地区,不同民族和种族之间的交流变得日益频繁。饮食文化跨文化交际的现象之一,与跨文化交际密切相关。不同民族具有不同的饮食文化特点。中西饮食文化在多方面都存在着显著的异同。本文从跨文化交际角度出发,英语论文题目英语论文题目,主要略论了中外学者对中西饮食文化的探讨及其成果,并从饮食观念、饮食方式、饮食内容、饮食习俗、饮食礼仪等五个方面主要略论了东西饮食文化的异同,从地理环境、民族性格、传统文化、宗教信仰等四个方面阐述了产生异同的主要原因。本文还阐明了随着跨文化交际日益频繁,中西饮食文化将不断融合,共同发展。饮食文化的发展也会促进跨文化交际的发展和国际社会的不断融合。

Abstract:

With the continuous development and progress of the human society and  the increasingly open human life, the association between different countries, regions, nationalities and races has become increasingly frequent. The catering culture is one of the cross-cultural communication phenomena and it has the close relationship with the cross-cultural communication. Different nationalities have the different catering characteristics. Chinese and Western catering cultures have the prominent differences in many respects. From the cross-cultural communication, my paper mainly analyzes the researches and the achievements done by foreign and Chinese scholars about Chinese and Western catering cultures and mainly analyzes the differences between Chinese and Western catering cultures from the five respects, such as the catering concepts, manners, contents, customs, etiquettes. My paper also elaborates four main reasons for the differences,such as the geographical conditions, the national personalities, different traditional cultures and religious believes. With the increasing frequence of the cross-cultural communication, Chinese and Western catering cultures will continuously fuse and mutually develop. The development of the catering cultures will also improve the development of the cross-cultural communication and the continuous fusion of the international community.
